Chapter Two
The dreams begin almost immediately.
The mouse sends dreams describing the overall effects of human selfishness and blindness. From afar, all seems lost. The mouse, however, includes the chance to regain those who have vanished or nearly so. Humans must understand not only the errors they have made but how to fix them.
The birds are not so forgiving. They had formed their own plan relying on their unique ability to see everything from above. The dreams they send are more chilling. The dreamers are lured into the recesses of their own imagination and witness the horrific realms of the future.
It is the dreams sent by the frogs, snakes, and fishes that affect most humans. Those who have them realize what happens to others on this planet will happen to them.
